Friday I received an "Order" from my employer, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to do the DEI training module on the computer else face possible termination for insubordination. They gave me until yesterday to do it. I did not do it. They also had been harassing me with other things the whole short time I was there. I just sent them this email

"Christina, Lynn, Anya:

I signed up for a simple, low-skilled, low-wage job that I could leave behind at the end of the day. I did not sign up for re-education camp.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania advertised a temporary, $18/hour clerical job. They lied. They did not actually intend to provide me with a job or anything of any value. Their true intent was to attempt to take my mind, to brainwash me, as they've brainwashed -- or at least subdued -- all of you.

I have way too much self-respect (and general awareness and intelligence) to submit to this kind of coercion.

I also have way too much gratitude for my American privilege, which owes to the Constitution, to submit to this authoritarianism.

This "job" was a bait-and-switch and this is my resignation. I am not returning to your cruel, mean, bullying, hostile, sexist, racist, communist workplace, and by "communist" I mean "antithetical to everything America is and stands for, including our Constitution."

Sincerely,

If you want to get back at these communist globalist tyrants and defeat their decades-long subversive uniparty coup as much as I do, read on...

Since they can't just walk up and ask you to fork over your freedom, tyrants of all kinds steal control by asking you to do just one thing then promising to leave you alone. Hitler did it with the Jews, and the communist globalist con artists attempting to finish off their decades of subversion here and complete their coup are doing the same.

Good for you.

They need one last stolen POTUS election to finish us off, and they'll steal Congress in 2026 to block everything until then.

Get involved. Scare the bejeezus out of your family and friends by showing them the horrors of communism so they get involved. Share the information.

Election security is one half of the answer.

Getting people to church so God is once again infused into all aspects of our society is the other.

Get your family, friends and neighbors to church. Unity through Christ is the spiritual half of the solution. We need God back in all aspects of society, people who act and treat each other morally out of thankfulness for salvation and fear of judgment if they don't.

As far as election security...

To get up to speed quickly, obtain information to share and possibly get involved locally, go to Steve Stern's channel on Rumble (SternAmerican) and watch the experts on the election integrity calls. Fascinating to watch the effort come together.

Cause of America is excellent too (Mike Lindell, Dr. Douglas Frank, David Clements). Every Monday they have a call with a new speaker, and you can be connected through their website to the groups securing your local elections.

Unity is our strength. DEI is for useful idiots blind to the communist globalist threat of an unelected one world government and our enslavement with digital passport chains and DEI-driven ESG social credit score whips.

God bless you and yours.

They seem to be going full steam ahead with it. Yesterday an email came through to everyone with information about upcoming changes and it said three new questions about "gender identity" and sexual orientation are being added to all the applications for state benefits. The questions are what is your sex assigned at birth? what is your gender identity? and what is your sexual orientation? Says they will be optional for people to reply to, and says that responses will be used "for demographic data reporting for the purposes of analyzing health disparities in access to coverage." Never mind that that sentence has totally unclear meaning on its face, but we know what it means -- they're saying that no matter how people respond to the questions, they intend to pretend there are Special People who aren't getting the "healthcare" they need.

Expand full comment

It is appalling that ANY employer feels they have the right to ask your sexual orientation!

Unless, of course, one is employed in the sex trade. I suppose it could be relevant there.

Expand full comment

To clarify they didn't ask me my sexual orientation as an employee, I was talking about a notice saying that the state is going to add those questions to all the applications for welfare benefits. I was working in the state's welfare office. But yes, it's wrong to ask that question in any of these contexts. Totally insane.

Good news: You have a spine.

Bad news: Zero tactical sense.

They were way out of line. They could care less about your letter, or you. They do care about being made to do work, and about taking any wisp of risk. So MAKE THEM FIRE YOU. By the time they go through all of those procedures, you should have a legal case ready - which you may not need, as more DEI removal announcements might force PA to call it off. And even if they do go to all that trouble, the effort is the punishment. Make the rubble bounce. BE THE HARD OUT. Which disincentivizes them from trying this abuse on others in future, if more start to stand up. "What? We have to do all that 15 times now?!? Ohmigawd!"

You achieved none of this. By quietly resigning, you handed them the win in return for their abuse. I do appreciate a man with a spine. And hopefully, the next guy to stand up does better.

Expand full comment

Joe - I'm aware of your point and I considered letting them fire me but for many reasons it didn’t make sense / wasn’t possible.

I’m trying to get a journalist to write up my story so I can attach it to a go fund me. For five years I’ve been trying to survive a massive attack based on woke narratives (race and “trans”). I won’t say my life has been destroyed but that would be factually correct. Some people would commit suicide in my situation but I have to take care of my cats and I want to win this fight. I have PTSD of a sort, for sure. This was a narcissistic DARVO attack by the state. As we all know "woke" can be described as narcissistic abuse, ie DARVO.

I’m financially destroyed and severely libeled / defamed in the press / online, including as racist, by a sociopath man and his family and allies, and the state conspired with them in their campaign (years-long) to destroy me. I’ve been falsely criminalized twice but in the first instance the state’s underlying motive was police retaliation, but the officers took advantage of the “identities” and the woke-ism of my neighbors. Only 11 months of the past 4.5 years have I not had a criminal charge against me. Both charges were / are victim-offender reversal.

I’m actually a small woman. I’m middle-aged / single / no kids. In December 2017 I was wrongfully arrested by a Trump-loving cop and charged with felony “stealing cats”. I sued over it in 2019, for false arrest and 1A and 14th amendment violations – cop asked me if I like Trump and I said No, and a man did same as me (and it wasn't criminal) but wasn’t arrested / charged -- and then in 2020, while lawsuit was pending, the officers used my neighbors – who were using me for their “racism” and “trans” narratives -- to retaliate against me for the lawsuit. When my cat was mysteriously missing police called me the one harassing the men who had been literally terrorizing me for three weeks with false accusations and threat to SWAT me to police.

That charge was dropped in 2021 and then in April 2022 the neighbors started a sign war with me. I used that to get them to move, since police not only wouldn’t protect me from them but were calling me the problem. I responded to their sign with my own that I knew they would pretend to be upset about (it’s all pretending). It worked – the following year they sold their house and moved – but in the meantime they and the state did me the most severe harm possible. The DA charged me with harassment of the man; the civil rights agency accused me of housing discrimination; the men dragged me through family court; the press covered it; it was reported that I was found guilty of harassing the man, but the reports often suggest I harassed the black teen “trans girl”; the men libeled and defamed me in the press, including with lies that paint me as racist, thus totally destroying my reputation (published lies say that I said black people have too many kids, and they lie that “two weeks after George Floyd” I threatened to call police on their black sons over recycling violations); and the legal costs of all of it going back to 2017 have destroyed me financially. (I lost the police lawsuit in 2023 – arrogant lawyer screwed it up). I was never in good shape financially as I was rehabbing houses and renting them out, not traditionally employed. I’ve already had to sell one of my three small rental properties. My livelihood of buying / rehabbing has been destroyed.

At this point my problem is lawyers. The ones I’ve had have screwed me over and I cannot find a good one. There’s no reason I should still be fighting this charge over a sign in my yard, after more than 2.5 years. It’s a brazen First Amendment violation and I’ve had no due process. The first two levels of judges were woke (black) women who don’t know the law / don’t care. (I hate to mention a person's race but...) The second judge said “I don’t care if we don’t have hate crime law, I think this is a hate crime.” After I had explained to her we don’t have hate crime.

I’m trying to get a news outlet to write up my story and then I can use that for a Go Fund Me. I’ve been trying to write a go fund me for years but I’m unable to do it. It’s too complicated a story and I’m traumatized and struggle with writing.

The only saving grace is that I no longer have the six men and teenaged boys (terrorists I call them, because they engaged in a deliberate campaign to terrorize me -- I'm not being hyperbolic) living ten feet from me and that’s because I understood their psychology and that they were putting on a performance based on a script. I knew they would have to keep performing their scripts about “transphobes” and “racists”. My sign said “Transing kids is abuse and homophobia.” They would have to keep pretending that (a) I harbor intent to physically hurt their teenaged sons (never mind that they're all bigger than me); and (b) they would have to keep pretending their son will commit suicide if he’s exposed to the fact that “trans” is a lie / fiction.

You can google my name but please know that everything they say about me is false and the articles don’t mention they started the sign war. (They put a flag facing me that said “trans rights are human rights”.)

It’s actionable libel but I don’t have money to sue, plus, that’s not really the lawsuit I need to file. What I need to file, after I get this charge dropped, is a federal first amendment suit with malicious prosecution attached.

So regarding this job I had – it was such a hostile, harassing workplace that was giving me more battles to fight when I am under a deadline on my criminal case to find a lawyer. I couldn’t have any more battles right now. The DEI wasn’t the only battle. They were giving me trouble left and right. My case is remanded and I need a good lawyer asap.

Any lawyer anywhere in the country could help me. I just need help to finalize a pre-trial motion to dismiss. I believe that would do the trick but I’ve been unable to get any local lawyer to help. They hear what my case is about and want nothing to do with it, either because of the politics or, it's just outside their regular routine thing that they do.

And I did try calling an employment lawyer to talk about whether to quit or let them fire me from this state job. He didn’t even call back and I don’t believe I would have had a case. I believe here in PA which is an at-will state, they are allowed to fire people for not doing the DEI. And their attitude from the start of the job was so entitled, it made more sense to quit rather than let them fire me. They assumed from the start that I wanted a permanent job, even while they were abusing me. So I enjoyed telling them that no, I wanted this job because it’s temporary. I have no desire to work for you permanently. They were so presumptuous to think I would actually want a permanent job with a tyrannical employer.

Great win - inauguration can't come soon enough. We need a Twitter files for Facebook and the Federal Government. Kash and Tulsi should declassify everything. DEI and ESG commissars are already rebranding to "belonging" and "transition/sustainability", respectively. Keep a close eye on them so they don't manipulate language to keep the revolution going.

They will certainly manipulate language to keep the revolution going. Their ideology says that all disparities are "socially constructed", therefore language *the* determinant in outcomes, so they must manipulate language (continue to lie) in order to create utopia.

Until these people are completely evicted from institutions, and educational institutions in particular, this will continue, without question.

Agreed. I have a detailed plan for how Trump can do it here:

https://frompovertytoprogress.substack.com/p/we-need-to-completely-roll-back-dei

Here is a key element for how to deal with the “rebranding” problem:

“ On Day 1, the President should implement the following executive orders:

Every job title and department with the words “Diversity,” “Equity,” or “Inclusion” in their title at any time during 2021-24 should be abolished immediately. The personnel in those positions must be fired immediately. The personnel may not be reassigned to another position within the federal bureaucracy.”

There is a lot more, but this gives you a taste.

Thomas Jefferson: "Merchants have no country. the mere spot they stand on does not constitute so strong an attachment as that from which they draw their gains. in every country and in every age," (letter to Horatio Spolford, 1814)

Businessmen make poor political leaders for precisely this reason. The skillset required to lead a nation has little overlap with that required to make a lot of money. Jefferson was an agrarian (think Wendel Berry) and very skeptical of merchants who sought elected office. It was part of the animosity between him and Hamilton.

What savvy, which-way-the wind-blows operators like Zuckerberg have taken on board is that the number of folk who are sick to the back teeth of our post-60s version of ‘Progress’….with its hyper-‘Woke’, race-guilt-tripping, gender-bending collective psychosis… has at last reached critical mass.

It’s important though to always keep in mind that this deep cultural blight has been long in the making. Its essence is a decades-long Madness of Intelligentsias. Things like ‘multi-culturalism’ (ie white self-loathing-by-proxy), the fetishisation of sexual dysphoria and pseudo-therapeutic psychobabble began as fictions and fixations hatched in its ‘higher education’ humanities and social science petri-dishes. I have argued here: https://grahamcunningham.substack.com/p/the-madness-of-intelligentsias that our great folly was failing to foresee the long-term consequences of allowing our universities to become colonised by an intelligentsia intent on ‘cleverly’ unpicking the threads that held Western civilisation together. The massive late 20th c. expansion of tertiary education put all this arrant nonsense on steroids.

The unravelling of this progressive intellectual hegemony will be the great political-philosophical story of our time.

This quote from the above Cunningham link is an accurate: summary of Thomas Sowell's wonderful book Conflict of Visions: "There are two fundamental ways of thinking about politics....a limited conception and a grandiose one. The limited one is about negotiating disagreements and conflicts of interest among the citizenry. The grandiose one is the utopian idea of bringing about ‘Progress’ by political means. Due to the dominance of this latter conception in the modern era, we in the West have been schooled into an expectation that there is a political solution to every social problem. There isn’t... but the expectation can lead people - especially the most politically engaged kind - down some big rabbit holes."
