Not sure they are actually being voted in. The vote cheating is rampant here. I have been involved at various points in the voting process from voting to counting over the years and have seen the games with my own eyes.
CA has rules designed for cheating. I have seen all of the following: Required to post the precincts' registration lists outside of polling places with who has and hasn't voted updated every hour. That means that people can see who hasn't voted, with their info, and since no ID, that means an imposter can cast a vote. Now that everyone gets mailed ballots, and CA refuses to update voting list, there are people receiving ballots at their homes for people who moved or died years ago. Apartment complexes and dorms at the colleges (UCLA, etc.) have hundreds or more ballots laying around for people no longer residing there. Ballot harvesting at the dorms, on skid row and homeless encampments (money), and at assisted care/nursing homes. Then counted at County Registrar Offices staffed by county employees who are SEIU members. Boxes of ballots sitting around "protected" by these staff, "secure" at night (?). These staff make it difficult to monitor their behavior by observers while counting votes. Signature verification is a joke. When an observer (like me) notices something wrong, our attorney then must rely on the supervisor to judge (haha). Finding boxes of ballots in the trunk of a car days after election day. Etc...
Welcome to Canada where criminals, meth heads, and homeless seem to have the right to go anywhere at anytime and commit all sorts of crimes including sexual assault on buses, subways, and streetcars, without paying a cent, and drivers are threatened with being fired if they intervene.

Two words..Karen Bass. And just think, San Marino also in L A County has the Huntington Museum and Rose Garden. Homes are all single family and cost from 3.9M to 20M. You can eat lunch at the Rose Garden Tea Room for $60. There are no homeless and little crime. Next to that is Pasadena..also no homeless. Think about it.
And yet the voters who are endangered by this idiocy continue to vote for progressive Democrats. They enable their own destructive environment to exist. Like most addictions, supporting Democrats won't end until they situation reaches rock bottom.
I know that it takes an incredibly long time after the election day to determine who has won. I think that there are less voting for these hoodlums than it appears.
Great piece with lots of case specifics. If states can take over failing school districts, can they take over failing cities? If the state fails to do it, can the Feds? In the meantime, cut all federal funding to California, I'm sick of my taxes being sent to these frauds.
What is government good for? Seriously, even the better ones deliver lousy schools, bad roads, and abysmal police response times -- all at high prices (taxes). As for the bad ones, what do the collectivists running LA do all day? Surely even they must get bored with pretending to work, full-time virtue-signaling, or whatever. Do they all have side hustles?
