Yes, especially since Permanent Resident status is not the same as Naturalized Citizen. The Afghansis who were flown to the US after the withdrawal were likely given Temporary Protective Status as refugees in 2021. The status of the assassin was recently changed to Asylee by USCIS. The Feeding Our Future program was administered by the Minn Dept of Education. At one point,the MDE did suspect fraud and brought suit against some of the fraudsters. They met with state AG Keith Ellison, they played the race card, they contributed to Ellison's son's Minneapolis City Council campaign fund, and Ellison ordered the MDE to drop the suit. The fraud then continued for hundreds of millions of dollars more.

Let's look at the "Feeding Our Future" scam, in which the Feds doled out huge sums of money to state agencies, which were somehow expected to use it to feed unspecified children at no specific times or places. In Minnesota this scam operated for five years (2018-2023), hoovering up $250 million. We are expected to believe that the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), rather than soliciting bids from its known, reputable institutional food providers, somehow found this woman named Aimee Bock, who as far as I know had no food distribution background whatsoever, and simply enlisted her to run this thing. She created a "non-profit" organization called "Feeding Our Future", which in turn enlisted a bunch of unknown Somalis operating hole-in-the-wall groceries and restaurants. These nasty Somalis simply sucked up all the money while filling out paper forms claiming that they were each providing hundreds or thousands of meals per day. Strangely, nobody at the MDE bothered to check whether ANY of these meals ANYWHERE was actually being served to ANYONE. The MDE failed to check on this for years. Meanwhile 80% of the money seems to have simply disappeared - nobody seems to know where $200 million of it is ($50 million is believed to have been consumed locally on luxuries or sent somehow to Somalia). Amazing. Obviously the MDE had to be orchestrating this operation, and further there must have been criminals on the federal side cooperating with the MDE fraud; a random woman does not simply walk into a state agency and walk away with $250 million in contracts. The money laundering alone had to be an enormous operation involving multiple financial institutions; imagine making this amount of money disappear. The idiocy of a person who believes that the fraud begins and ends with Aimee Bock and her underlings is beyond my comprehension. Actually this was kinda snarky and I regret saying it. To reply to my post there are several very insulting comments swearing at me with ugly name calling. It didn’t confirm mass involvement in crime, beyond the individuals who were charged. As a matter of fact, some of the accused were acquitted. Even if you quadruple the number of people who were convicted (78 ×4), they will still be a fraction of an 80k people.

The 1965 law's "family reunification" provisions were written deliberately to exclude Europeans, including Italians (which I am not.) It was, and continues to be, anti-white and anti-christian and anti-capitalistic. In fact, anti-American. As long as we had immigrants coming here from Europe, and Eastern Europe, they were willing and able to assimilate. They shared our values. That is no longer the case with the number and "diversity" of immigrants from Latin America, Asia and Africa. The few who are educated have been exposed to the lies of Marxism for years. As you and Lomez pointed out in your last podcast episode. Cultures are difficult to crack when people come here in large groups. The most successful migrants come from their home countries as ones who hate what their home countries have become. Usually corruption, chaos and persecution drives them away. But when you let people in with minimal vetting and then offer them free stuff, they come in and have no respect for us or our country, because we just look like fools that they need to exploit. The Feeding Our Future program was administered by the Minn Dept of Education. At one point,the MDE did suspect fraud and brought suit against some of the fraudsters. They met with state AG Keith Ellison, they played the race card, they contributed to Ellison's son's Minneapolis City Council campaign fund, and Ellison ordered the MDE to drop the suit. The fraud then continued for hundreds of millions of dollars more.

Your point here is interesting, but it overlooks the fact that the Minnesota Somalis are merely fall guys in enormous schemes that they obviously couldn't have orchestrated themselves; the mostly-Norwegian descendants running the state are the really dangerous ones. Let's look at the "Feeding Our Future" scam, in which the Feds doled out huge sums of money to state agencies, which were somehow expected to use it to feed unspecified children at no specific times or places. In Minnesota this scam operated for five years (2018-2023), hoovering up $250 million. We are expected to believe that the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), rather than soliciting bids from its known, reputable institutional food providers, somehow found this woman named Aimee Bock, who as far as I know had no food distribution background whatsoever, and simply enlisted her to run this thing. She created a "non-profit" organization called "Feeding Our Future", which in turn enlisted a bunch of unknown Somalis operating hole-in-the-wall groceries and restaurants. These nasty Somalis simply sucked up all the money while filling out paper forms claiming that they were each providing hundreds or thousands of meals per day. Strangely, nobody at the MDE bothered to check whether ANY of these meals ANYWHERE was actually being served to ANYONE. The MDE failed to check on this for years. Meanwhile 80% of the money seems to have simply disappeared - nobody seems to know where $200 million of it is ($50 million is believed to have been consumed locally on luxuries or sent somehow to Somalia). Amazing. Obviously the MDE had to be orchestrating this operation, and further there must have been criminals on the federal side cooperating with the MDE fraud; a random woman does not simply walk into a state agency and walk away with $250 million in contracts. The money laundering alone had to be an enormous operation involving multiple financial institutions; imagine making this amount of money disappear. The idiocy of a person who believes that the fraud begins and ends with Aimee Bock and her underlings is beyond my comprehension. But there it is: even the "conservatives" here talk about how those nasty Somalis pulled this off. One of the hard things about living in a "blue" state is the realization that you live amidst a sea of fools, and that even the people on our side aren’t very bright.
