Rufo x Ron = Restoring the Republic. DEI is a small cottage industry within the S of ESG. Both played a role in SVB. The economic damage from ESG/DEI spreads over 3 stages:
Stage 1: Commissar salaries, time wastage of ESG/DEI reporting and mandatory struggle sessions (millions of dollars per company)
Stage 2: Distraction from core mission, operations, and profitability (billions of dollars per company)
Stage 3: Corrupt cronyism and public’s loss of trust in all institutions (trillions of dollars plus societal demoralization)
DEI officials remind me of Soviet “commissars”, without their integrity.
Oh, those kommisars had/have integrity. Not for the People, but for the Party. And the DEI poohbahs are just the same - their strings are pulled by ideological Lords and Masters who read their scripts from Hannah-Jones and Kendi, and are simply bigoted in the reverse direction from the Democrats who started the Civil War and the Ku Klux Klan.
I live in California. Ha ha need I say more. I just want to thank you and Governor DeSantis for your very hard work and exposing DEI for what it is. we are hoping that what you do in Florida will be a template for the nation. We very much appreciate your courage and determination in exposing DEI. Thank you so much.
As individuals to this point if we pushed back against any of DEI dogma, either within our business or on social media, we risked being fired. HRs are filled with woke busy bodies. This is why we need a legal weapon to help us establish a detente in the workplace. Buckle up people. We are in for a tough fight.
Saw a clip on Twitter where a federal judge was prevented by students from speaking at Stanford.
Stanford’s “Dean of DEI” interceded, praised the student hecklers and criticized the judge - we are letting a small determined minority turn our world upside down.
I hope your efforts in Florida set an example for everyone else. The sooner we right this ship, the better.
There's quite a discussion following that episode, some arguing for firing that 'Dean of DEI', others saying that's too much like supporting Viktor Orban (with mention of his name signifying he's an Impossible Person with no value), but so far leaving the lefty disruptors owning the field. The whole discussion appears like a rerun of the capitulation of all the University administrators from 1968 on, none of whom would put their foot down and hold student rioters accountable.
Great job Chris. It's shocking to me that basic principles of the republic have vanished from so many of our educational institutions at the hands of a small minority of people posing as purveyors of social justice.
Similar to the landing at Normandy, Florida represents the "beachhead landing" that is taking the fight to DEI zealots. This is a battle every bit as important as the one I've cited...only this time it is an internal war that is fighting the cancer of DEI. One state at a time...others will see how to do it and implement similar tactics. The deep blue states/universities like to talk about 'sustainability". Ultimately, the DEI movement must be shown to be as a gigantic UNSUSTAINABLE ideology in education, corporate governance, and government itself. Just like cancer, it eventually kills the patient.
You nailed it Christopher...the goal is to indoctrinate “Woke-Soldiers” in order to burn the system down...!! Unfortunately, many of us have kids in their late 20’s living in these Educationally-Created “Woke-Camps” without hope of ever coming back out. Keep up the great work -- you’re doing some heavy-heavy lifting in one of the most critical institutions of society...may the force be with you!!
The US led the world in establishing a multi-cultural from the beginning of the nation. Our Constitution, available land and natural resources was an open invitation to anyone on the planet who wanted to carve out a better life - regardless of race, ethnicity, education or religion. All they had to do was work hard, follow the laws and pursue their dreams.
What other nation was this open back then? None. Of course there was racism and slavery in the US. There was even more slavery and tribal hatreds in Africa - black on black. Racism has gradually lessened in the US. Now, 80% of more of people aren't racist at all, 80% are accepting of all races, religions and ethnicities.
Again, how many nations today can boast this multi-cultural acceptance? Not many as a percentage of total nations on the planet.
Yes, 20% of the population are racist - 20% of whites, blacks, Asians, Jews, Hispanics, Eskimos. But that's WAY down from decades ago, and dwindling every year.
Thomas Sowell puts it well: "Racism is not dead, but it is on life support - kept alive by politicians, race hustlers and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as 'racists.'"
And Dr. Ben Carson: "We, the American people, are not each other’s enemies. The enemies are those people behind the curtain jerking everybody’s chains and trying to divide us up by age, by race, by income."
I’m hoping the unfolding revelations around the Censorship Industrial Complex we’re learning more and more about thanks to “so-called” journalists Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenburger, will become another issue DeSantis can drag further into the sunlight.
If you can post the text of the bill that might be helpful for those of us in places like California where the ESG bureaucracy is growing by leaps and bounds. Our local county started with a few hires and the school district hired some also. At a time when academic achievement dropped 25%, we need tutors or other resources to try to get kids caught up after the year-long remote school.
Keep going ! Get DeSantis beyond just Florida - great to open with do away with WOKE ( at all levels Pre-k through college) but please asap begin to transition to his abhorrence of our desire to topple Putin and the need to leave from The Ukrainian War ! Tucker Carlson just added that to DeSantis and I was glad to see his Presidential stance broaden. He’s going to have to face his “ rumored “ torture at Guantanamo but I’m sure his strong stance against fanatics will play well against the Woke Dems on that front .

Spot on.
Ha!
DEI officials remind me of Soviet “commissars”, without their integrity.
Not only are they useless & unproductive, they drag everyone around them down into mediocrity.
100 percent right.

That's right. It has to come from outside pressure.

Exactly right. Harry Jaffa described that initial collapse in his essay "The Reichstag Is Still Burning."
Many thanks - I'll hunt that up and read it.

I hope millions of people will view this. Similar destructive things are happening in so many institutions around the country.

Thanks for what you are doing ! Wow!
What person would want to be described as an “equity-hire”? What could be more racist than DEI or ESG?
Thank you Chris, your work is outstanding.
Appreciate it!
Thanks for fighting this neo-Marxist propaganda and exposing its DEI anti-racism 2.0” cover story.
