A positive decision from SCOTUS in the Harvard racial discrimination case would be a nice puff of wind in the anti-DEI sails. Let us hope that 5 justices can see what's happening. There will need to be more cases brought (diversity statements for example, which are just political loyalty oaths under a new name), but overturning all explicit race discrimination in admissions and hiring would be a good first step.

Yes, but it's not a silver bullet. They'll find ways to do racial quotas without explicitly doing racial quotas: "holistic admissions," dropping SATs, etc.
