My reporting generated 50 million direct media impressions and led to two U.S. Senate investigations, Disney scrapping its internal program, AmEx sending its CEO to personally do damage control, and multiple financial firms preemptively auditing their “diversity and inclusion” programs out of fear of being exposed.
