Unmasking Woke Capital
My ten-part investigative series exposes critical race theory in the Fortune 100.
I recently concluded my ten-part investigative series on woke capital, exposing critical race theory training programs in America's Fortune 100 companies. My reporting generated 50 million direct media impressions and led to two U.S. Senate investigations, Disney scrapping its internal program, AmEx sending its CEO to personally do damage control, and multiple financial firms preemptively auditing their "diversity and inclusion" programs out of fear of being exposed.

I released shocking whistleblower documents revealing that The Walt Disney Corporation believes that America was founded on "systemic racism," encourages employees to complete a "white privilege checklist," and separates minorities into racially-segregated "affinity groups." In response to my reporting, Disney deleted these materials from their internal site—a huge victory for my reporting.
Lockheed, the nation’s largest defense contractor, sends key executives on a mission to deconstruct their “white male privilege”
I broke the story exposing that Lockheed Martin, the nation’s largest defense contractor, sent 13 executives to a three-day white male reeducation camp in order to deconstruct their "white male culture" and atone for their "white male privilege." After I broke this story on Tucker Carlson Tonight, Senator Tom Cotton launched an investigation into Lockheed demanding to know if taxpayer dollars funded these trainings.
Raytheon adopts critical race theory and tells employees to acknowledge their “privilege”
I broke the story that Raytheon, the nation’s second-largest defense contractor, has launched an "anti-racism" program that promotes critical race theory, rejects the principle of "equality," and instructs employees to "identify [their] privilege"—or else. In response to my reporting, Senator Tom Cotton launched an investigation into Raytheon's training program, blasting CEO Greg Hayes for promoting racial "stereotypes," "scapegoating," and "unequal treatment." American Express teaches employees that capitalism is fundamentally racist, then asks them to deconstruct their racial and sexual identities
I broke the story that American Express Corp. has launched a critical race theory training program teaching employees that capitalism is fundamentally racist and asking them to deconstruct their racial and sexual identities, then rank themselves on a hierarchy of "privilege." After I broke the story on The Ingraham Angle, AmEx CEO Steve Squeri began personally responding to angry customers. The New York Post's Charlie Gasparino reported that, in the wake of this story, many of the major banks began auditing their own DEI trainings to avoid the same humiliation.
Bank of America teaches that the United States is a system of "white supremacy" and encourages employees to become "woke at work"
I released shocking whistleblower documents showing that Bank of America and the United Way implemented a race reeducation program called United in Action, encouraging employees to participate in a "Racial Equity 21-Day Challenge," teaching employees that the United States is a system of "white supremacy," promoting "the abolishment of the police," and instructing workers to "decolonize [their] mind[s]" and become "woke at work." Verizon teaches employees that America is fundamentally racist and promotes “defunding the police”
I broke the story that Verizon teaches employees that capitalism is fundamentally racist, that "weaponized White privilege" is a danger to African-Americans, and that employees should support "defunding the police." Last year, Verizon launched a "Race & Social Justice" initiative and created an extensive race reeducation program based on the core tenets of critical race theory, including "systemic racism," "white privilege," and "intersectionality."
Google claims that America is a "system of white supremacy" and that all Americans are "raised to be racist"
I released shocking whistleblower documents exposing Google's "antiracism" initiative, which claims that America is a "system of white supremacy" and that all Americans are "raised to be racist"—including Ben Shapiro, who is depicted as a layer of the "white supremacy pyramid," culminating in "genocide." I broke the story on Fox Primetime.
CVS forces hourly employees to deconstruct their "privilege," while CEO makes millions
I published a story showing that CVS Health CEO Larry Merlo earned 618 times more than the median CVS employee salary, while simultaneously promoting the idea that America is "racist" and forcing hourly-wage workers to deconstruct their racial and sexual "privilege." After my reporting, New Tolerance Campaign launched an initiative where angry customers could email the CEO directly and express their outrage over the employee training. Walmart's new training program tells employees that they are guilty of "internalized racial superiority"
I released shocking whistleblower documents showing Walmart Inc. has launched a critical race theory training program that denounces the United States as a "white supremacy system" and teaches white, hourly wage employees that they are guilty of "white supremacy thinking" and "internalized racial superiority."
