Last week, I broke the story about Lockheed Martin Corporation's divisive white male reeducation program. The company forced key executives—including a retired three-star general and a vice president of its F-35 fighter jet program—to attend a three-day training session to deconstruct their "white male culture" and atone for their "white male privilege."
